Dribbla has been writing short stories for a few months now. He wrote his first one after recording the song Angel for the Freaks Speak Dark album. He wanted to expand on the lyrics of the song and tell the tale in more detail, he felt he was restricted within the 3 verses so decided to try and write it as a short story.

Often through writing lyrics he stumbles across ideas that he thinks he could turn into a short story and that’s how they are born. He sees it as another exercise in writing and

feels that through writing his stories it has improved his lyric writing.

Most of the stories deal specifically with love and loss. They are not perfect and not intended to be so. The grammar is probably useless and the spelling not great either. Dribbla is not trying to be a literary genius he just likes writing them.

Don’t ask too many questions and enjoy what he has written.
